MSR I Drive-Thru - The MSR I serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union at the drive-thru position at our StoneView branch located at 4310 Hwy 431 N, Springfield, TN  37172. The MSR I provides account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services.  Professionally handles the members’ daily needs by providing a variety of transactional services to members such as cashing checks, making deposits, loan payments, etc.  This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be friendly, dependable and detail oriented.  Must have a high school diploma/ GED, ability to pass a background check including meeting credit standards and have reliable transportation.

MSR I - Float - The Member Service Representative (MSR) I - Float serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provides account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services.  Professionally handles the members’ daily needs by providing a variety of transactional services to members such as cashing checks, making deposits, loan payments, etc.  The MSR I - Float supports all branches as scheduled in Robertson County (2 branches in Springfield, 1 branch in Pleasant View and 1 branch in White House).  The MSR I - does not go to all branches each day but goes to an individual branch as scheduled based on covering for leaves, vacation, etc.  This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be friendly, dependable and detail oriented.  Must have a high school diploma/ GED, ability to pass a background check including meeting credit standards and have reliable transportation.
